Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding your order.

2. Shipping Methods:
All of our deliveries are completed with USPS, and prices vary based on location.

3. Delivery Times:

• Domestic Orders (within the USA): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on the selected shipping method(not guaranteed)

• International Orders: Estimated delivery times for international orders is between 7-21 days (not guaranteed due to international customs)

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of order.

5. Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. H1 Goalkeeping is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Hand Delivery:
If you are located in the Northeast portion of Ohio there is a POSSIBILITY of hand delivery. In order for hand delivery to be possible, be sure to reach out to info@h1goalkeeping.com, and we will be sure to figure out a plan to deliver your package in a more orderly manner.
